**Company Description** We are looking for a skilled and proactive Web Developer who can independently handle the complete website lifecycle—from design and development to deployment and ongoing management—while also supporting Technical SEO initiatives. **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities:**  Design, develop, deploy, and manage websites independently  Handle end\-to\-end website development (front\-end and back\-end as required)  Build responsive, user\-friendly, and high\-performance websites  Collaborate with design and marketing teams to implement website features  Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability  Manage hosting, deployment, and version control processes  Implement and maintain Technical SEO best practices, including: o Website structure and crawlability optimization o Page speed and Core Web Vitals improvement o Schema markup implementation o Fixing indexing issues and technical errors  Ensure websites are SEO\-friendly and aligned with industry standards  Troubleshoot and resolve website performance and SEO\-related issues. **Qualifications** **Key Requirements:**  Proven experience in website development (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)  Basic understanding of backend technologies (PHP, Node.js, or similar is a plus)  Strong knowledge of Technical SEO concepts and implementation  Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO audit tools  Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects  Strong problem\-solving and communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:**  Experience working in a digital marketing or agency environment  Understanding of website hosting, domains, and deployment workflows  Exposure to frameworks or CMS customization
