Navigate to the Interviews page from the sidebar, choose your interview type (Chat, Audio, Code, or Video - coming soon!), fill in the job details, and click 'Start Interview'. The AI interviewer will guide you through the process.
We offer three types of interview practice: Chat Interviews (text-based for quick practice), Audio Interviews (voice-based for communication skills), and Video Interviews (full experience with visual feedback). Each type focuses on different aspects of interview skills.
Currently, we only accept PDF files for resume uploads. Your resume file should be no larger than 5MB. Make sure your PDF is readable and contains clear text for best results.
Go to the Resumes page where you can view all your uploaded resumes, preview them, and delete ones you no longer need. You can also upload new resumes and organize them by different job applications.
Only chat interviews can be paused and resumed later. Audio and video interviews are not currently supported for this feature. If you close audio or video interview before it's complete, you will need to start a new interview.
After completing an interview, you can rate your experience from 1-5 stars and provide feedback. This helps us improve the interview quality and gives you a way to track your practice sessions.
Click on your profile avatar in the top-right corner and select 'Profile', or go to Dashboard → Profile. You can update your name and upload a profile picture.
Yes, you can use PrePaired AI on your mobile device. However, we recommend using a desktop browser for the best experience, especially for audio and video interviews.
PrePaired AI works best on modern browsers including Chrome (recommended), Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Make sure your browser is up to date for the best experience, especially for audio interviews and video interviews (coming soon!).
First, check that your microphone permissions are enabled for the website. Try refreshing the page and allowing microphone access when prompted. If issues persist, try using a different browser or check your microphone settings in your device's system preferences.
