**About the Role** We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and aspiring designers to kickstart their career in a fast\-paced creative environment. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. **Key Responsibilities** ▸ Visually engaging graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements. ▸ Create print\-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and marketing collateral. ▸ Develop UI/UX wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups using Figma for web and mobile applications. ▸ Work with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to produce high\-quality illustrations, photo edits, and brand assets. ▸ Layout and typeset documents, reports, and publications using Adobe InDesign. ▸ Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints. ▸ Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh design ideas. ▸ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently. ▸ Incorporate feedback and revisions from stakeholders promptly and professionally. **Required Skills \& Tools** **Adobe Illustrator** **Adobe Photoshop** **Adobe InDesign** **Figma** **UI/UX Design** **Technical Skills** ▸ **Adobe Illustrator –** Vector graphics, logo design, icon creation, and illustration. ▸ **Adobe Photoshop –** Photo manipulation, compositing, retouching, and digital artwork. ▸ **Adobe InDesign –** Page layout, typography, and print/digital publishing. ▸ **Figma –** UI/UX design, prototyping, wireframing, and collaborative design. ▸ **UI/UX Design –** Understanding of user\-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive layouts. **Soft Skills** ▸ Strong creative thinking and an eye for aesthetics, color theory, and typography. ▸ Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work in a collaborative environment. ▸ Ability to take direction and incorporate constructive feedback effectively. ▸ Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects. ▸ Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high\-quality work. ▸ Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a fast\-paced setting. **Qualifications** ▸ Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related creative field. ▸ Freshers are welcome — no prior work experience required. ▸ A portfolio showcasing design projects (college projects, personal work, or freelance work accepted). ▸ Proficiency in at least 2–3 of the listed Adobe Creative Suite tools. ▸ Basic understanding of design principles such as layout, composition, and color theory.
