**Job Summary :** We are looking for an AI Project Manager with up to **13 years of overall industry experience**, including at least **3 years of hands‑on experience in leading AI‑driven projects**. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing agile projects, hands\-on experience in AI development, and proven expertise in coordinating cross\-functional teams. The role requires proficiency in project management methodologies, AI technologies, and relevant certifications. **Key Responsibilities :** * **Project Leadership**: Manage end\-to\-end execution of AI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. * **Agile Methodology**: Implement and oversee agile processes (Scrum, Kanban) to enhance team productivity and adaptability. * **Stakeholder Management**: Communicate project progress, risks, and deliverables to executives, technical teams, and clients. * **Resource Allocation**: Optimize team resources, budgets, and tools to maximize efficiency. * **Risk Mitigation**: Identify potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans. * **AI Expertise**: Stay updated on AI/ML trends, tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and best practices to guide technical decisions. **Qualification:** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer Science or Electronics), or related field * **Certifications**: PMP or CSM or SAFe, and AI\-related certifications **Technical Skills:** * Familiarity with AI/ML tools, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and data pipelines. * Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and MLOps practices. * Hand\-on experience in developing components of AI projects. **Good to have:** * Experience in AI ethics, bias mitigation, or regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, AI Act). * Publications or contributions to AI/ML communities.
