Tech in Biomedical / Electronics Engineering Experience : 5\+ years in handling Application role of PMLS Products Language Skill : Good command of both written and spoken English Computer Skill : Familiar with Computer, Software \& Social Media Product knowledge and skills Able to perform live demonstrations of PMLS \& SU, Endo Range of Products independently. **Job Responsibilities:** * Work closely with the sales team to develop and optimize product attributes to achieve maximum customer preference in targeted segments, providing technical support. * Perform Presales and post\-sale demos to the customers to develop product understanding. * Regular training to clinical staff on designated equipment. Help customers to understand all the functions of the products and make the best use of it. * Help customers and distributors to solve product Application issues, response in time. * Collect end\-users’ feedbacks; summarize and analyze customer requirements for future product development and upgrade. * Train the distributor’s team for better product demo to end users. * Maintain and enhance relationship with local Key opinion leaders (KOLs). * Have a deep understanding of the key accounts which include good development and maintenance of customer relationship. * Planning and executing marketing activities. * Experience of supporting Sales team for tender technical work and presales demonstrations, * Already experience of handling big private customers.
