Job Description: technical systems associates Location: Remote / Part\-Time Role Type: technical systems associates Timings: 2 Hours per day / 12 hours per week Compensation: ₹6,000/month About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and detail\-oriented technical systems associates to manage the setup, configuration, and ongoing monitoring of our software ecosystem. This role focuses on ensuring that all systems, CRMs, APIs, databases, and automation platforms, are properly configured and operating smoothly. You will handle the initial system setup ("first mile") and ongoing monitoring ("last mile"), while escalating complex technical issues to the Senior Developer when needed. Key Roles \& Responsibilities 1\. Platform Implementation * Perform end\-to\-end setup of new software (SaaS or self\-hosted) * Configure user profiles, permissions, and workspace settings * Ensure platforms are ready for operational use 2\. System Configuration * Manage API key generation and integrations * Set up webhooks and automation triggers * Configure SMTP settings for email delivery * Handle domain and DNS mapping (A, CNAME, TXT records) 3\. Database \& Data Management * Map data fields between different systems * Perform basic SQL queries (if required) * Clean and organize data using Excel or Google Sheets * Ensure data accuracy and integrity 4\. Monitoring \& Health Checks * Perform daily audits of system logs (e.g., n8n, APIs) * Monitor automation workflows and identify failures * Act as the first responder when systems fail or break 5\. Incident Handling \& Escalation * Resolve basic issues such as: o Expired API tokens o Incorrect field mapping * Prepare detailed Issue Reports for complex bugs * Clearly communicate technical problems to developers 6\. Template \& Asset Management * Configure and test communication templates: o Email o WhatsApp o SMS * Ensure templates render correctly across platforms Technical Competencies Required Infrastructure Basics * Understanding of DNS management (A, CNAME, TXT records) * Basic knowledge of hosting and server environments API Literacy * Ability to test APIs using tools like Postman * Basic understanding of request/response behavior Data Handling * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets * Understanding of database structures (tables, rows, relationships) Documentation Skills * Ability to document system setups clearly * Create repeatable workflows and SOPs What We Are Looking For 1\. Hiring Guidelines When screening candidates: * Avoid profiles focused only on “Data Entry” * Prioritize candidates with experience in: o Technical Support IT Operations Junior System Administration Internal Roles \& Responsibilities * In this role, the Technical Systems Coordinator will be responsible for handling account setup, DNS configuration, and user interface setup, while the Senior Developer will manage advanced tasks such as Docker deployment, server hardening, and SSH configuration. For data\-related work, the coordinator will focus on data verification and cleaning, whereas the developer will handle complex SQL queries and database architecture. * On the connectivity side, the coordinator will set up API keys and configure webhooks, while the developer will work on custom scripts and JSON transformations. Daily monitoring of systems, including tracking successes and failures, will be managed by the coordinator, while the developer will take care of debugging server\-side errors such as Error 500 issues. * In terms of escalation, the coordinator’s role is to identify where the issue has occurred, and the developer is responsible for resolving the root cause and implementing the necessary fixes.
