- Experience in coordinating multiple service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ability to analyze and optimize service processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-aligned solutions.
