Job Description ROLE PURPOSE:

Credit & Business analyst is responsible to assign the credit limits for the customers, mitigate credit risks, customer account management, data driven analytics to support business decision and growth. Partner with stakeholders across separate business verticals to support on the credit management requirements for business delivery. Good understanding of industry outlook, financial analysis, emerging trends in digital space

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Reviewing the credit limit requests for existing & new customers, assessing the creditworthiness, performing financial analysis and recommending for approvals as per DOA
• Credit monitoring of the large customer base, execute collection strategies as per the policy, close co-ordination with the sales team to understand the customer’s credit limit requirement and support for the monthly & annual sales budget by adequately mitigating the credit risks
• Responsible for customer account management like block order review and release, credit limit management, payment terms, dunning process, master data management, dispute management, balance confirmation, legal recovery process, collection accounting, collateral management, policy management
• Extensive use of ERPs & database system for the credit management processes
• Drive initiatives to reduce credit exposure by implementing effective financial solutions
• Drive automation & digitalization initiatives in the order to cash cycle
• Preparing presentations for S&OP, country credit committee and internal stakeholders
• Ensure continued compliance environment and accuracy of reporting, strengthening the policies and SOPs to fit to business
• Working Capital performance review, reporting & prepare action items to mitigate any adverse impact
• Presentation with data insights to internal stakeholders through market research, data mining, business intelligence & analytics
• Work closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting & supporting the monthly activities

Qualifications KEY SKILLS:

• 2-4 years of experience in credit & business analytics role
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management & problem solving skill
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and SAP
• Degree in Accounting or Finance – CA or MBA with added qualifications like CFA/ FRM preferred
• Experience in financial industry is an added advantage
