Roles \& Responsibilities: * Expected to perform independently and become an SME. * Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. * Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. * Maintain and optimize existing software components to improve system reliability and efficiency. * Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. * Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional \& Technical Skills: * Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. * Strong knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure management related to SAP environments. * Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues to ensure minimal downtime. * Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for SAP applications. * Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline administrative tasks. * Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements within SAP systems.
