Job ID 60987 As a Spring Boot Java Developer, you will be a hands\-on contributor to the development, implementation, and modernization of our variable marketing incentive systems. You will play a key role in building a complex microservices ecosystem based on MACH architecture principles, focusing on high\-quality code, robust solutions, and modern software engineering practices. * Strong hands\-on experience in Java/J2EE/Spring framework/Spring boot * Actively participate in modernizing variable marketing incentive products and experiences to significantly improve Ford’s current capabilities and ensure these platforms can grow to meet increasing demands. * Contribute to the design, development, and evolution of one or more modules (Microservices) within the variable marketing incentive products. * Design, build, and implement Proofs of Concept (POCs) using cutting\-edge technologies, and contribute to constructing, deploying highly scalable and robust cloud\-based intelligent solutions. * Implement and maintain backend Spring Boot microservices on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring adherence to API design specifications. * Apply modern software engineering practices (i.e., TDD, BDD, CI/CD, Shift left, 12\-factor applications, etc.) in daily development. * Collaborate with other development teams and architects to ensure seamless integration with existing Ford software products and external cloud\-based services.
