Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of software development with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Experience with Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of database integration and management using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
