Job Summary:
We’re looking for driven individuals who are eager to build a career in a PMS/AIF/MF B2B sales and business development. You’ll be responsible for onboarding and managing relationships with MFDs (distributors), IFAs, wealth managers, and private banks — expanding our distribution network and driving business results. If you’re excited about sales, marketing, and building relationships, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do:
- Sales & Growth: Pitch investment products, acquire new B2B partnerships (MFDs), and achieve sales targets.
- Business Development: Expand our distribution network through innovative strategies and partner engagement.
- Market Insights: Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Partner Engagement: Training sessions, and one‑on‑one interactions to strengthen relationships.
- Brand Building: Support initiatives that boost awareness and credibility in the market.
- Ownership: Manage CRM data, track leads, and report directly on sales performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA preferred; CFA/CFP/FRM/NISM certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- Prior experience in sales or business development within asset management, mutual funds, PMS, or AIFs is preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
