• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
• Document software designs, processes, and code to ensure clarity and maintainability.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and software design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems to manage codebase effectively.
• Familiarity with debugging and performance optimization techniques.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
