We are seeking a high\-energy, results\-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our outbound growth in the US healthcare market. You will be responsible for identifying, reaching, and qualifying private medical practices (Family Practice, Cardiology, Orthopedics, etc.) **Key Responsibilities** * **Lead Generation \& Qualification:** Use AI\-powered tools (Apify, Claude) and manual research to build a database of private practices within target US regions. * **Outbound Outreach:** Execute cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking to connect with Office Managers and Physicians. * **The "Audit" Pitch:** Strategically promote our **Free 10\-Claim Audit** to uncover lost revenue for potential clients and build immediate trust. * **Pipeline Management:** Maintain a clean CRM, tracking all interactions from the first touch to the transition to the onboarding team. * **Consultative Selling:** Educate US\-based healthcare providers on the advantages of a Flat\-Fee model versus traditional percentage\-based "Success Tax" billing. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Management. * **Experience:** 1–3 years in US Healthcare sales, RCM, or International BPO (Business Process Outsourcing). * **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written English skills are mandatory. Must be comfortable speaking with US\-based medical professionals. * **Tech Savvy:** Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and basic AI tools. * **Shift Flexibility:** Must be able to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to align with our New York headquarters.
