**Company:** Standard Group India **Location:** Prabhadevi, Mumbai **Job Timing:** 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM **Experience:** 1–2 years (preferred) **About the Role** We are looking for a creative and tech\-savvy **Social Media Executive** who can manage the company’s digital presence across all social platforms. The ideal candidate should be excellent at **PPT making**, skilled with **Canva**, and have hands\-on experience using **AI tools** for content creation, research, and optimization. The role includes content planning, designing, posting, and tracking performance. Also needs to know how to run meta ads. **Key Responsibilities** * Create engaging and visually appealing content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.). * Design creatives, banners, posts, and presentations using **Canva** and other design tools. * Prepare professional and attractive **PowerPoint presentations** for management and clients. * Use **AI tools** for content ideas, scriptwriting, captions, scheduling, and productivity enhancement. * Manage daily posting schedules and maintain brand consistency across platforms. * Assist in creating short\-form video content (Reels/Shorts). * Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates. * Track and report monthly performance analytics of all social pages. * Coordinate with internal teams for content approvals and timely posting. * Support marketing activities, campaigns, and events through digital promotion. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (preferred). * Strong working knowledge of **Canva** and presentation design. * Proficiency with **AI tools** such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, or similar. * Excellent understanding of social media insights, trends, and algorithms. * Creative mindset with strong writing skills for captions and descriptions. * Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. * Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an added advantage. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Should know how to run meta ads properly . **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * A creative and collaborative work environment. * Opportunity to work on branding for a growing real estate group. * Skill enhancement opportunities with AI and digital tools.
