Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer /Senior Developer / Technical Lead with strong hands\-on expertise across HR Service Delivery, HR Case Management, Employee Center Pro, and automation capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should be proficient in HRSD configurations, security, scripting, integrations, and workspace customizations. This role requires strong analytical skills, understanding of platform architecture, and the ability to deliver scalable and reliable HR solutions that align with business needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Configure and troubleshoot COE Security, Access Controls (ACLs), and Security Attributes. * Manage User Profiles, HR Profiles, Groups, Roles, and overall HRSD security model. * Implement and manage HR Assignment Rules, Matching Rules, Advanced Work Assignment (AWA), and Custom Auto Assignment logic. * Provide extensive hands\-on development across HRSD modules, including scripting, configuration, and customization. * Analyze requirements and provide OOTB or custom solutions aligned to business needs. * Develop and maintain UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Flows, Subflows, Actions, Workflows, Events, Email Scripts, Notifications, Quick Messages, Response Templates, and Fix Scripts. * Work with HR Agent Workspace (Classic) and Agent Workspace, including UI Builder–based customizations. * Build and maintain Reports, Dashboards, Indicators, Breakdowns, Data Sources, PA Widgets, and Analytics Center content. * Work with Scoped Applications, Cross\-Scope Privileges, and manage Restricted Caller Access. * Design and configure Virtual Agent topics for HR use cases. * Implement and troubleshoot Agent Chat configurations and Interactions. * Enhance and maintain Knowledge Management, including configuration and customization. * Work on Employee Center Pro, Portal Widgets, troubleshooting, and custom widget development. * Demonstrate strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes and their alignment with HRSD. * Work with Translation Management and Dynamic Translations across HR processes. * Configure Data Sources, Transform Maps, and Transform Event scripts for HR data loads. * Provide robust troubleshooting and debugging support across HRSD and platform components. * Implement, configure, and troubleshoot integrations, including REST Message end\-to\-end flows. * Work with IntegrationHub, specifically OOTB Spoke configurations for SharePoint. * Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze instances, and propose optimal solution designs. * Mentor junior developers and provide leadership support for HRSD implementation tasks. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * 3–4 years of overall ServiceNow development experience with 3\+ years in HRSD. * Strong hands\-on expertise in HR Case Management, HR Services, COE Security, AWA, and HR Profiles. * Excellent understanding of platform scripting, automation, and HR process configurations. * Proven experience with Workspaces, UI Builder, Virtual Agent, and Portal customizations. * Strong grasp of REST integrations, mid\-server concepts, and data transformation processes. * Strong analytical, debugging, and problem\-solving abilities. * Excellent communication skills and experience engaging directly with clients. **Nice\-to\-Have Skills** * Experience with Employee Center Pro, configurable workspaces, and advanced portal design. * Knowledge of ITSM processes and cross\-module interaction with HRSD. * Familiarity with IntegrationHub, Spoke utilization, and workflow automation patterns. * ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS\-HRSD, CAD, or relevant module certification Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: ₹534,067\.51 \- ₹1,839,774\.86 per year Experience: * ServiceNow HSRD: 4 years (Required) * COE Security: 4 years (Required) License/Certification: * CSA, CIS\-HRSD, CAD (Required) Work Location: In person
