Our Global Benefits team is dedicated to ensuring Rubrikans are supported through every stage of their journey. As our **India Benefits \& AI Operations Intern**, you will play a pivotal role in our own AI transformation. Reporting to the Manager of India Benefits, you will bridge the gap between human\-centric support and cutting\-edge technology. Your mission is to audit, structure, and modernize our benefits data so it can be seamlessly leveraged by AI tools, ensuring our employees get the right answers at the right time. ### **What You’ll Do** * **Build the Foundation:** Develop a fully functioning, AI\-ready knowledge base for all India benefits (employee\-facing) to provide instant, clear support. * **Market Benchmarking:** **Research and benchmark India benefit trends and competitive offerings to ensure Rubrik’s programs remain market\-leading, inclusive, and aligned with our EVP.** * **Optimize Internal Ops:** Create internal\-facing documentation for India and APAC benefits processing to streamline workflows for the Global Benefits team. * **AI Data Auditing:** Review and refine existing policy documents to ensure they are structured for high\-performance AI tools like NotebookLM or similar LLM platforms. * **Enhance Jira Service Management:** Build out and refine knowledge articles within the Jira help desk to improve self\-service capabilities. * **Process Automation:** Identify and propose opportunities to leverage AI to automate manual benefit administration tasks. * **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with HR Operations and IT to ensure benefits data is accessible, inclusive, and accurate across all internal platforms. ### **What You’ll Bring** * **Academic Focus:** Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field. * **Technical Curiosity:** High tech\-fluency with a deep interest in how Generative AI and automation can transform People Operations. * **Communication Excellence:** Ability to translate complex benefit policies into simple, accessible, and inclusive language. * **Analytical Mindset:** Strong attention to detail with the ability to audit large sets of information and conduct market research. * **Problem\-Solving:** A proactive approach to identifying manual gaps and proposing digital\-first solutions. * **Collaborative Spirit:** Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, global environment with a focus on team\-oriented outcomes. ### **Nice to Have** * Familiarity with Jira Service Management or similar help desk ticketing systems. * Basic understanding of India statutory benefits (EPF, ESI, Gratuity). * Experience with data structuring or competitive research projects. ### **What You’ll Gain** * **Impact:** You won't just be "learning"—you will be building the actual infrastructure Rubrik uses to support its employees. * **Growth:** Direct mentorship from seasoned benefits leaders with over 15 years of experience in the India market. **Empowerment:** The autonomy to experiment with AI tools and shape how we deliver benefits in the AI era. **Join Us in Securing and Accelerating the World's AI Transformation** ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Rubrik (RBRK), the Security and AI Operations Company, leads at the intersection of data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration.
