We are looking for a talented Individual Contributor to join a cross-functional product team responsible for integrating the Order & Portfolio Management System with the broader platform ecosystem and building new O/PMS features, with a focus on seamless trade lifecycle workflows from order creation through to position synchronization, reconciliation, and post-trade processing.

What You'll Do

• Own features from concept to delivery across the trade lifecycle, producing roadmaps and feature specifications through domain deep-dives and requirements gathering for order workflows, FIX connectivity, allocation logic, and portfolio analytics.
• Articulate product value propositions drawing on knowledge of order routing, execution management, portfolio construction, and position keeping.
• Partner with engineers, architects, and platform partners to translate specs into product, bridging trading desk workflows and back-office accounting while coordinating timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across integration workstreams.
• Build comprehensive test cases covering order routing, execution, position synchronization, data mapping, exception handling, and end-to-end integration.
• Conduct competitor analysis across the OMS/PMS/EMS landscape.

What You'll Need

• 8+ years in front, middle, and/or back-office; 4+ years in product management
• 2+ years direct experience working with OMS and/or PMS platforms, covering order creation, routing, execution, allocation, and settlement.
• Familiarity with how OMS/PMS platforms interact with execution venues, prime brokers, fund administrators, and accounting engines.
• Experience collaborating with engineers in an agile environment.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with diligence.
• Graduate degree in software engineering, finance, or a related quantitative field
