Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Position: SSE Experience: 5\-8Years Category: Full Time Shift: General shift Main location: Hyderabad \| Chennai \| Bangalore Position ID: J0426\-0775 Employment Type: Full Time Education Qualification: Engineering Graduate/MCA or equivalent Position Description: We are looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in monitoring, observability, and incident management. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience with tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch (CW) Alarms, and OpenTelemetry, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of applications and infrastructure. **Your future duties and responsibilities** * Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and observability solutions * Build and manage dashboards using Grafana and Dynatrace * Configure and optimize AWS CloudWatch alarms for proactive alerting * Implement OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing and metrics collection * Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs * Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and postmortems * Automate operational tasks to reduce manual effort (toil reduction) * Collaborate with DevOps, development, and infrastructure teams * Ensure system scalability, availability, and performance * Continuously improve monitoring strategies and alerting mechanisms **Required qualifications to be successful in this role** Must\-Have Skills: * Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering / Production Support * Hands\-on expertise with Grafana dashboards and alerting * Experience with Dynatrace (APM, monitoring, troubleshooting) * Solid knowledge of AWS CloudWatch (CW) Alarms and Logs * Practical experience with OpenTelemetry (tracing, metrics, logging) * Good understanding of monitoring, alerting, and observability concepts * Experience with Linux systems and troubleshooting * Strong scripting skills (Python / Shell) * Knowledge of incident management and RCA processes Preferred Skills * Experience with Prometheus, ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) * Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker * Understanding of CI/CD pipelines * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation) * Exposure to microservices architecture Soft Skills * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Good communication and collaboration abilities Good\-to\-Have Skills: * Experience in multi\-cloud environments * Certifications in AWS / SRE / DevOps CGI is an equal opportunity employer.
