Basic Function

Responsible for the entire gamut of Strategy and Marketing Development activities of the company

1. Handling enquires and Coordinating with concerned person/branch to convert the lead/enquiry in to business, forwarding sales materials to the client directly.

2. Sending Sales Material and introduction mail to all looking in the project report magazine and business generation through this contact.

4. Sending Mailer / Newsletter to all clients on regular basis

5. Adopt various methodologies in Data Base creations

6. Handling all corporate events launched by the company and must involve in complete life cycle. Handling all corporate events, FM meets, Exhibitions etc

7. Must deliver sessions on various improvements/ etiquettes/ professional behavioral

8. Build data-driven, scenario-based models to evaluate business impact of all types of strategic and business development initiatives

9. Designing & maintaining Corporate Presentations

10. Identify and develop strategically important relationships & platforms and awareness of Monarch in market

11. Help identify and analyze new business opportunities in accordance with long-range strategy and Provide analytical support to branches

12. Work closely with Management and Sales Heads/teams to maximize accuracy, continuous data sharing, and awareness of cross-corporate priorities

13. Identify and monitor key market and competitive trends

14. Track marketing activity / Competitor Research & Intelligence

15. Media Management ( Press Conferences / Press Releases as necessary) / Media Relations

16. Co-ordination with branches for sales kit, visiting cards, catalogs, stationery etc
