Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building scalable applications, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and/or Golang
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement robust testing and debugging processes
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Java / Golang development
• Hands-on with Spring, Spring Boot, Gin framework
• Experience building RESTful APIs & microservices
• Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) & NoSQL databases
• Proficiency with Git version control
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud
• Knowledge of GraphQL
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Understanding of distributed tracing tools (Jaeger)
• Strong focus on unit testing and code quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in backend development
