With over 14 years of expertise, we have engineered more than 150 tailored products for leading Medical Health Plans, Dental and Vision Plan Providers, PBMs, Medicare Plan Providers, TPAs, and more. **Overview of the Role** As a Development Engineer \- FrontEnd Technologies, you will design/implement UI components and write/maintain reusable code. You will also work closely with cross\-functional teams to translate user requirements and deliver a positive user experience. **Job Responsibilities*** Develop complex web applications optimised for various browsers and devices. * Collaborate with designers, optimize applications, develop features, and maintain brand consistency for user\-facing interfaces. * Create use cases for applications under the supervision and direction of the seniors. * Transform technical designs into scalable, maintainable, and effective codes. * Troubleshoot issues and debug code to resolve errors or bugs. * Ensure high\-quality code by following best practices, coding standards, and testing methodologies. * Engage with the team members to determine and address cross\-module dependencies. * Align with the organization's business goals, contributing to the company's overall success. **Skills \& Qualifications*** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * 3\-5 years of experience in FrontEnd development, with at least a year of experience in React JS. * Hands\-on experience working with JS (ES6\), HTML5, CSS3, CSS Preprocessors (SaaS), Responsive Web Design, Object Oriented Javascript, React, Redux Saga/Thunk. * Knowledge of other Frontend Frameworks/Libraries e.g. Backbone.js, Angular.js, Ember.js, Vue.js is preferred. * Familiarity with code standardisation, optimization, Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence (or similar tracking tool). * Awareness of System Design, Micro\-FrontEnd \& CSS architecture.
