• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
• Strong knowledge of materials management processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in customizing and configuring SAP MM modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP MM implementations.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
