Performance Marketing Specialist – AIMLEAP (WFH)

What are we looking for

  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising — preferably within a technology, SaaS, or AI-adjacent context
  • Proven track record managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads etc.
  • Deep understanding of B2B demand generation, lead generation funnels, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, attribution models, and conversion metrics
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM integrations
  • Familiarity with AI-powered ad tools (Performance Max, LinkedIn’s Predictive Audiences, Smart Bidding) and a willingness to push them further
  • Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Persado) to accelerate creative testing and copy iteration
  • Ability to independently own full-funnel campaign execution in a fast-moving, product-launch environment

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimise LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Meta Ads campaigns aligned to AIMLEAP’s AI product and services pipeline
  • Own the monthly campaign calendar aligned to AIMLEAP’s product roadmap, market moments, and SEO priorities.
  • Develop full-funnel campaign architectures — from awareness to demo request — targeting enterprise buyers, technology decision-makers, and innovation leaders
  • Manage end-to-end campaign operations: audience building, creative briefing, copy writing, bid strategy, budget allocation, and landing page alignment
  • Execute A/B and multivariate tests across ad creative, copy, CTAs, and landing pages; iterate rapidly based on performance signals
  • Set up and manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns across platforms to maximise conversion from high-intent audiences
  • Leverage AI-native ad features — Google’s Performance Max, LinkedIn Predictive Audiences, Meta Advantage+ — to drive efficiency at scale
  • Use AI tools and LLMs to accelerate creative variation testing, ad copy generation, and audience hypothesis development
  • Own campaign performance reporting — weekly snapshots, monthly deep-dives, and quarterly strategic reviews for leadership
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking, UTM frameworks, and attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, data-driven) across all paid channels
  • Collaborate with sales and SDR teams to align paid campaigns with outbound sequences and ensure seamless lead handoff

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Media Specialist, or Growth Marketer in a technology or AI-adjacent environment
  • Certified or proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, and Meta Blueprint (certifications a plus, not mandatory)
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one marketing automation platform
  • Proven fluency with AI advertising tools and LLM-assisted creative workflows in a professional marketing context
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling skills — comfort navigating both campaign metrics and business impact narratives
  • Excellent written English: experience marketing to global AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology audiences is a strong plus

Pay: ₹30,000.53 - ₹50,000.66 per month
