**Job Description** **Sales Manager – Bancassurance** **Company:** GoDigit General Insurance **Department:** Strategic Partnerships – Bancassurance **Grade:** As per HR policy **Reporting to:** Head of Department (HOD) **Job Description** As a Sales Manager – Bancassurance at GoDigit General Insurance, you will be responsible for driving sales through assigned bank branches within your territory. This role focuses on managing relationships with bank branch staff, enabling branch activation, providing sales training, and ensuring operational efficiency. You play a critical role in driving insurance penetration through customer segmentation, field engagement, and cross\-functional collaboration. **Key Responsibilities*** Analyze customer segments and identify sales opportunities within assigned bank branches. * Train and engage bank staff to promote GoDigit’s insurance products. * Drive branch activation through campaigns, contests, and R\&R initiatives. * Support sales closures and cross\-sell efforts with partner banks. * Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations, documentation, and issue resolution. **Experience \& Skills Required****Experience:*** 2–4 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in Bancassurance or banking alliances **Technology Exposure*** Familiarity with CRM tools, policy issuance platforms, and Excel reporting **Core Competencies*** Partner Focus * Execution Orientation * Problem Solving * Communication * Goal Driven **Education \& Qualification****Minimum:** Graduate **Certifications*** Not applicable **What GoDigit Gains from You** As a Sales Manager – Bancassurance, you strengthen GoDigit’s presence within the partner banking ecosystem by activating branches, enabling partner teams, and driving on\-ground execution.
