Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of hands-on experience in GA4 implementation, audit, and advanced measurement strategies. This role demands deep expertise in user tracking, cross-domain and server-side tracking, offline data integration and BigQuery-based data analysis. You will serve as the subject matter expert on Google Analytics 4, including its premium (360) offering, and will architect scalable event taxonomies that power reporting, attribution, and audience strategies across the business.

Job responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end GA4 tracking setup and audits, including GTM management and ensuring data accuracy across web, app, and AMP platforms.
• Implement user tracking strategies, including cross-domain tracking, user journey stitching, and server-to-server tracking, along with enhanced and offline conversions.
• Design and maintain event schemas, taxonomies, and data governance standards in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Build and manage GA4 audiences, define segmentation strategies, and ensure effective remarketing and audience lifecycle management.
• Manage GA4 BigQuery exports, enable advanced analytics through SQL, and build reporting dashboards using Looker Studio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into workflows and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

Qualifications and prerequisites:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
• 5 or more years of professional experience in web analytics or digital measurement roles
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with GA4 setup and implementation auditing
• Prior experience with GA4 360 (premium) features: higher hit limits, SLA guarantees, advanced integrations
• Proven experience implementing server-to-server tracking via Measurement Protocol v2
• Experience managing offline data imports into GA4
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
• Understanding of GDPR privacy regulations and GA4 Consent Mode v2 implementation
• Knowledge of SQL proficiency with BigQuery is beneficial.
• Google Analytics Certification is a plus
