Roles \& Responsibilities: * Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. * Responsible for team decisions. * Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. * Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. * Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. * Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. * Coordinate cross\-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Professional \& Technical Skills: * Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server. * Experience in database design, development, and performance tuning. * Strong knowledge of query optimization and indexing strategies. * Familiarity with backup, recovery, and security best practices for database management. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues efficiently. * Experience working with integration of databases in custom software solutions.
