• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and tools relevant to automated testing environments.
• Ability to analyze test results and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to support automated testing.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging issues within automated test suites.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
