Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to join our Commercial Operations team. You will be the bridge between complex data and strategic decision-making. Your primary focus is optimizing the Salesforce ecosystem and building advanced Tableau dashboards to drive sales performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Insights: Analyze sales pipelines, revenue trends, and territory performance to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
• Tableau Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated, scalable dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Salesforce Administration: Act as the functional expert for SFDC, managing data hygiene, custom reporting, and workflow optimizations for the sales team.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the "Lead-to-Cash" cycle and implement technical solutions to streamline commercial workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure data consistency across all platforms.
• Training & Adoption: Create documentation and lead training sessions to increase tool adoption among the commercial field team.

Tehnical Requirements

• Salesforce Mastery: Deep understanding of SFDC objects, validation rules, flows, and reporting modules.
• Tableau Expertise: Expert-level skill in Desktop/Server, including calculated fields, LOD expressions, and data blending.
• Data Architecture: Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets and preparing data for visualization.
• Commercial Acumen: Experience with sales forecasting, quota setting, and incentive compensation models.
• Excel Proficiency: Advanced modeling skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA) for ad-hoc analysis.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in a Sales Ops, Biz Ops, or Commercial Ops role.
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Tableau Desktop Specialist certifications are highly preferred.
• Communication: Ability to translate "data speak" into clear, strategic recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 per month
