Role Description
This is a full time, on site role for an Assistant Marketing Manager at SOAI India Private Limited in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, executing multifaceted campaigns, and analyzing effectiveness to drive significant growth. The primary objective of this position is to elevate the AULA brand from an emerging name to the most recognized gaming peripheral brand in the country. This requires a professional with high ambition and the technical skills to manage digital channels, coordinate with design and sales teams, and identify new market opportunities. The role involves managing budgets, overseeing content curation, and ensuring total consistency in brand messaging.
Core Responsibilities
- Marketplace Advertising: Strategize, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns specifically for Amazon and Flipkart. This includes managing keyword bidding, monitoring ACOS and ROAS, and driving high visibility on these platforms to maximize marketplace sales.
- Performance Marketing: Run end to end performance ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant digital platforms to drive traffic and generate measurable revenue.
- Content Planning: Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all content aligns with the aggressive growth goals of the brand.
- Strategic Campaign Execution: Create and implement marketing strategies designed to scale the brand nationally. Track campaign performance and generate necessary ROI reports for senior management.
- Brand Growth: Drive brand awareness through innovative marketing initiatives and influencer collaborations to transform AULA into a household name in the gaming community.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing investments effectively to ensure every rupee contributes to brand growth or sales conversion.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing, campaign management, and strategic planning.
- Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads, SEO, and performance marketing tools.
- Strategic Ability: Demonstrated ability to build a brand and manage a product lifecycle from introduction to market dominance.
- Communication: Strong professional communication and coordination skills to work effectively across sales and design departments.
- Analytical Skills: High level of proficiency in performance metrics analysis and financial reporting related to marketing investments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
