The Digital and Partnership Manager will be responsible for managing strategic partnerships and driving successful commercialization of partnered product portfolios. The role will focus on partner coordination, sales and service enablement, application training, and integration of digital solutions to strengthen solution based selling and create market differentiation. This role requires strong product understanding, execution rigor, and close collaboration with cross functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, managing ongoing coordination, planning, and execution
  • Maintain operating rigor with partners and internal stakeholders through structured reviews and alignment
  • Drive commercialization and market adoption of partnered products across assigned regions
  • Support forecasting, planning, and PSI processes in coordination with internal teams and partners
  • Work closely with service teams to support the installed base and address customer issues and escalations
  • Enable sales teams through demos, sales tools, presentations, and clear value positioning
  • Coordinate and deliver product and application training programs in collaboration with application teams
  • Drive integration and promotion of digital solutions as part of broader solution offerings
  • Capture customer and market insights to continuously strengthen execution, positioning, and capability

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Life Sciences/ Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of significant experience in Medical Devices, MedTech, or technology‑enabled healthcare domains (Critical Care, Neonatal, MIC etc)
  • Strong hands‑on exposure to complex, solution‑based products
  • Experience working with partner‑led or distributor‑driven business models
  • Familiarity with structured, process‑driven organizations
  • Willingness to travel extensively across regions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain complex product and digital concepts in a simple, customer‑focused manner
