Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management

• Plan, execute, and deliver application development projects within scope, timeline, and budget
• Define project objectives, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Manage cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, DevOps)
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

2. Solution Architecture

• Design end-to-end application architecture (frontend, backend, APIs, integrations)
• Define technology stack and architectural standards
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of applications
• Review and approve technical designs and code quality

3. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and management

4. Technical Leadership

• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams
• Establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment
• Ensure adherence to DevOps and CI/CD processes

5. Governance & Compliance

• Ensure applications comply with security standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain documentation for architecture, processes, and systems
• Conduct architecture reviews and audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in application development and project management
• Proven experience in solution architecture and system design
• Strong knowledge of modern frameworks (e.g., React Native,.NET )
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) preferred
