Graphic Designer (2+ Years of Experience)

We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team with 2+ years of experience. In this role, you will produce a wide range of visual assets across both digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong creative vision, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts by analyzing relevant information, brand guidelines, briefs, and materials.
• Translate concepts into visual designs, including layouts, posters, typography, size, style, and overall composition, and present them for approval.
• Produce high-quality final artwork using appropriate tools, equipment, AI, and software.
• Collaborate with external agencies, art services, web designers, marketing teams, printers, and internal stakeholders as required.
• Work closely with the content team and other departments to ensure cohesive layouts and design consistency.
• Create a wide range of graphics, videos, and layouts for product illustrations, company branding, logos, websites, and marketing materials.
• Review final designs and layouts, recommending enhancements and refinements when necessary.
• Contribute effectively to team goals by completing assigned tasks on time and to a high standard.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with hands-on expertise in both graphic and video design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, technical skills, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, AI-powered design tools, Premiere Pro, Figma, Framer, and related software.
• Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback in a collaborative environment.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, branding, social media, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertising, and multimedia design.
