You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions developed effectively support organizational goals. Your role includes continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to maintain optimal performance and relevance to evolving business demands, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the existing technology environment. Roles \& Responsibilities: * Expected to perform independently and become an SME. * Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. * Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. * Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain system stability and performance. * Document application configurations and changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. * Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Professional \& Technical Skills: * Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications DBA. * Experience in managing database configurations, performance tuning, and backup and recovery processes. * Strong knowledge of database security and user access management. * Ability to monitor and optimize application performance within Oracle environments. * Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline database administration tasks.
