**Job Title: Databricks Architect/Lead** **Location: Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai** **Experience: 8\+ Years** **Job Summary:** **Responsibilities:** · Lead and manage the delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals. · Utilize Databricks to design, implement, and optimize data pipelines and analytics solutions. · Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. · Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary. · Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the project lifecycle. · Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post\-project evaluations. · Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. · Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to data management and analytics. **Mandatory Skills:** · Strong knowledge and hands\-on experience with Databricks, including data engineering and analytics capabilities. · Proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly Azure or AWS. · Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. · Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with a focus on data\-driven decision\-making. · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. **Preferred Skills:** · Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. · Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. · Knowledge of machine learning concepts and frameworks. · Understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
