**Project Role :** Full Stack Engineer **Project Role Description :** Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end\-to\-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset. **Must have skills :** Laboratory Information and Execution Systems **Good to have skills :** NA Minimum **3** year(s) of experience is required **Educational Qualification :** 15 years full time education Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges in a cloud\-centric environment. Roles \& Responsibilities: * Expected to perform independently and become an SME. * Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. * Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. * Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user experience. * Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. Professional \& Technical Skills: * Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. * Hands\-on experience (Techno\-functional) on system integrations. E.g. SAP, Empower, Laboratory equipment(s). Labvantage LIMS. * End to end implementation of Batch Management, Sample Management, Stability, AQC, Storage, Security Module. * Instrument Setup, Maintenance Activity Setup, Connectivity Setup. Interfacing with Instrument , complex Instrument Interfacing via LIMS CI. * Multiple site rollouts and Master Data Management using MDC tool/Migration to different environment. \- SAP \& EHS Interfacing\- Involved in Designing, Development, and Implementation with LabVantage system * Strong understanding of full stack development principles including front\-end and back\-end technologies. * Experience with cloud\-based platforms and agile development practices. * Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures. * Familiarity with database management and integration techniques. * Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: * The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. * This position is based at our Bengaluru office. * A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education
