The role requires working with contemporary frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project needs. Roles \& Responsibilities: * Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. * Responsible for team decisions. * Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. * Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. * Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. * Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional \& Technical Skills: * Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform Infrastructure. * Experience with Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI integration. * Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models related to Microsoft Power Platform. * Ability to troubleshoot and optimize platform performance and security configurations. * Familiarity with data integration techniques and API management within the Microsoft ecosystem. Additional Information: * The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform Infrastructure. * This position is based at our Bengaluru office. * A 15 years full time education is required. * The candidate must have strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and VBA programming. * Hands\-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). * Knowledge of data integration (SharePoint, SQL, APIs, Office 365\). * Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (Automation Anywhere) * Strong problem\-solving and debugging skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 15 years full time education
