This position requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for code quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of solutions to adapt to evolving requirements and challenges. Roles \& Responsibilities: * Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. * Responsible for team decisions. * Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. * Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. * Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency. * Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise. * Coordinate cross\-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components. Professional \& Technical Skills: * Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PO/PI \& APIs Development. * Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to SAP Process Orchestration and Process Integration. * Experience in designing and developing APIs to facilitate seamless communication between diverse systems. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues ensuring minimal disruption to business processes. * Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for scalable software solutions. * Competence in managing version control, deployment processes, and maintaining code quality standards.
