With the experience you bring, you will play a vital role in managing and leading a team while also keeping them motivated.****Responsibilities\-****Batch Monitoring: Monitoring \& resolving/escalating batches/failures/ensuring completeness.****Data Control Alert Monitoring: Data control ONLY alerts generated using Alamo alerting rules.****Data Pipeline Rerun/backfills: To ensure** **post****an incident or data quality issues, impacted surveillances are rerun to ensure completeness/accuracy.****Incident Management (Batch): Perform Incident Management for Batches (Captures CAT – Completeness, Accuracy, Timeliness).****Incident –** **Post Mortem****Report: Ensure timely completion of Incident PMR.****Alerts (Data Control OR Batch): Ensure to hold the SLA responsiveness thresholds and deep dive/help drive alert reduction.****User Support: Timely response \& addressing user support requests ensuring good user experience.****Optimizations/Improvements: Ensure continuous efforts into identifying frequent issues and help drive down the same.** **Qualifications we seek in you!****Minimum Qualifications****B. TECH****Preferred Qualifications/ Skills****Proficiency in Core Java with knowledge of data structures,** **Collections.
