**Graphics Designer \& AI Video Creator** **Position Title** **Graphics Designer \& AI Video Creator** (1 position, can also be two separate roles if needed) **Location** Remote / Work from Home (preference for candidates in Maharashtra, but open to all India) **Employment Type** Permanent **About the Project** We are launching **Quantum Success – Boot Camp**, an integrated 16‑day program for students aged 11‑19 that teaches: * 16 Thinking Caps (cognitive skills) * 16 Soft Skills (life skills) * 9 Spiritual Sutras (inner wisdom) The program is sponsored by **Daily Lokmat**, a leading Marathi newspaper. We need high‑quality visual and video content for: * Brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts * Explainer videos, promotional reels, and short AI‑generated video clips * PowerPoint presentations for corporate pitches and parent orientations **Key Responsibilities** **Graphics Design (60%)** * Design **print‑ready brochures** (A4 tri‑fold or booklet) for the boot camp * Create **social media creatives** (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) in Marathi and English * Design **presentation slides** (PowerPoint/Canva) for investor/sponsor pitches and parent meetings * Develop **banners, posters, and standees** for in‑person events * Design **certificates, workbooks, and student handouts** (age‑appropriate, colorful, engaging) * Maintain **brand consistency** across all materials (colors, fonts, logo placement) **AI Video Creation (40%)** * Produce **short promotional videos** (30‑60 seconds) explaining the boot camp benefits * Create **AI‑generated avatar videos** (using tools like Synthesia, HeyGen, or similar) in English and Marathi * Edit **student testimonial videos** (if footage is provided) * Generate **animated explainer videos** using tools like Pika Labs, RunwayML, or Kling * Add subtitles, transitions, background music, and voiceovers (text‑to‑speech or recorded) * Optimize videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, YouTube) and presentations **Required Skills \& Qualifications** **Essential** * **Proven experience** in graphic design (portfolio required) * Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign** or equivalent (Canva, Figma, etc.) * Experience with **AI video generation platforms** (at least one of: Synthesia, HeyGen, RunwayML, Pika Labs, Kling, or similar) * Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar) * Understanding of **social media video formats** (9:16 for Reels, 16:9 for YouTube) * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Good English communication (written and spoken) **Desirable (Nice to Have)** * Basic knowledge of **Marathi language** (to create Marathi versions of creatives/videos) * Experience in **educational or non‑profit branding** * Familiarity with **motion graphics** (After Effects) * Experience with **AI tools for image generation** (Midjourney, DALL‑E, Recraft) * Understanding of **Indian student psychology** (age 11‑19\) Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
