Job Summary

The AI Operations Production Specialist will ensure the stability, performance, and availability of production systems through the application of Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) tools and methodologies. This role will manage and optimize AIOps platforms to proactively detect, diagnose, and resolve operational issues before they impact the business. The Production Specialist will automate monitoring and support tasks, drive continuous improvements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient production operations. This role will require a strong background in IT operations, incident management, automation, and a deep understanding of AIOps technologies to enhance overall system reliability and efficiency. Essential Job Functions

• Model Monitoring and Maintenance; Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for AIOps/MLOps products. Monitor and support operations, addressing client queries and ensuring smooth functionality. Monitor Synapse jobs and ensure timely execution and troubleshooting. - (60%)
• Collaborate with different teams to implement models and monitor outcomes. Provide updates to stakeholders on status of deployments and any risks & issues. - (20%)
• Keep up to date with the latest technology trends. Continuously improve models and techniques to adapt to new data patterns and trends. - (20%)

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Engineering, Technical Discipline or equivalent, relevant work experience
• 0-2 years experience as a Production support Analyst in AI Ops, ML engineering, data science, data engineering, DevOps, analytics, or related fields.
• 0-2 years experience in retail financial services or the information technology fields having agile methodology background.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in AI Ops, ML engineering, data science, data engineering, DevOps, analytics, or related fields.
• 1+ years of experience as a Production support Analyst in AI Ops, ML engineering, data science, data engineering, DevOps, analytics, or related fields.
• 1+ years of experience in retail financial services or the information technology fields having agile methodology background.
