Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Architect / Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable AI-driven analytics platforms. This role requires deep expertise in data architecture, cloud technologies, and machine learning integration, along with strong leadership capabilities to manage cross-functional engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building end-to-end data solutions, enabling advanced analytics, and aligning technical architecture with business objectives across domains such as Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Design and implement end-to-end data architecture, including:
• Data ingestion
• ETL pipelines
• Data modelling
• Data lakes / warehouses
• BI and analytics layers
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance systems on cloud platforms
• Architect multi-tenant and modular solutions for enterprise-grade applications
• Drive system design decisions, performance optimization, and scalability planning

AI & Advanced Analytics

• Integrate AI/ML capabilities, including:
• LLM-based solutions
• Predictive analytics
• Anomaly detection models
• Enable natural language analytics and automated insights
• Collaborate with data science teams to deploy and scale ML models

Data Engineering & Platform Development

• Build and optimize ETL pipelines using modern data tools
• Design robust data models and transformation frameworks
• Ensure data quality, governance, and validation processes
• Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets

Engineering Leadership

• Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams (Data, BI, AI)
• Drive:
• Sprint planning
• Task allocation
• Delivery execution
• Establish and enforce:
• Coding standards
• Code reviews
• Engineering best practices
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions

Integration & Security

• Design API-driven architectures and system integrations
• Implement secure authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data protection standards

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to:
• Understand requirements
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Provide strategic input for data-driven decision-making

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in:
• System Architecture & Design
• Data Engineering & Data Architecture
• Cloud Platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Azure Data Factory / Microsoft Fabric / Databricks
• Data lakes and data warehousing
• ETL pipeline development
• Proficiency in:
• Python (strong)
• SQL (advanced)
• Experience with:
• API design and integration
• Performance optimization and scalability

AI & Machine Learning

• Experience in:
• LLM integration and AI-driven applications
• Predictive modelling and anomaly detection
• Understanding of ML algorithms and NLP-based analytics

Analytics & Visualization

• Expertise in:
• Power BI / Tableau
• KPI dashboards and business intelligence reporting

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience in multi-tenant SaaS platform architecture

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / technology
• Master’s degree (MBA / Analytics / Data Science) preferred
