The Director – Partnerships role is designed to build and scale a high-impact partner ecosystem that accelerates distribution, product adoption, and revenue growth for Factori’s full suite of offerings. The position operates at the intersection of strategy, alliances, and revenue generation, requiring the ability to identify strategic partners, structure commercial models, and drive joint go-to-market execution. The role involves not only forming partnerships but also ensuring that these alliances translate into measurable business outcomes, including pipeline generation, co-sell opportunities, and new revenue streams.Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Strategy & Ecosystem Development
- Define and execute a structured partnership strategy aligned with Factori’s global growth objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard partners across key categories:
- Technology platforms (analytics, AI/ML, data platforms)
- Cloud and infrastructure providers (AWS, GCP, Azure ecosystems)
- System integrators and consulting firms
- Data marketplaces, aggregators, and resellers
- Build a scalable ecosystem that enhances Factori’s reach, data distribution, and integration capabilities.
2. Revenue Ownership & Growth Enablement
- Drive partnership-led revenue through co-sell, reseller, referral, and embedded models.
- Own pipeline generation through partners and contribute directly to business targets.
- Identify new monetization opportunities, including bundled offerings and joint solutions.
3. Solution Alignment & Co-Creation
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to align Factori’s data and APIs with partner platforms.
- Enable joint solution development, integrating Factori’s datasets and APIs into partner ecosystems.
- Develop industry-specific value propositions leveraging combined capabilities.
4. Go-to-Market (GTM) & Partner Enablement
- Design and execute joint GTM strategies, including campaigns, events, and account-based initiatives.
- Enable partner sales teams through training, playbooks, and solution narratives.
- Support partners in positioning Factori’s offerings across use cases such as market intelligence, customer analytics, and operational optimization.
5. Strategic Relationship Management
- Build and manage senior-level relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.
- Establish governance frameworks including business reviews, performance tracking, and joint planning.
- Ensure long-term engagement and alignment with partner objectives.
6. Deal Structuring & Commercial Negotiation
- Structure partnership agreements, including pricing models, revenue-sharing mechanisms, and commercial frameworks.
- Lead negotiations to ensure scalable and mutually beneficial partnerships.
7. Market Intelligence & Feedback Integration
- Provide insights on market trends, competitive dynamics, and partner feedback.
- Influence product roadmap by identifying gaps, opportunities, and emerging use cases from the ecosystem.
Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)
- 8–12 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or strategic sales roles in SaaS, data, API, or analytics-driven organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in building and scaling partnership ecosystems with measurable revenue impact.
- Strong understanding of data products, APIs, and AI-driven solutions, and their enterprise applications.
- Proven ability to structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements and GTM models.
- Experience working with global partners across US/APAC/EMEA markets.
- Strong stakeholder management capability, with the ability to engage at CXO and senior leadership levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Preferred Capabilities
- Experience in location intelligence, alternative datasets, or consumer data ecosystems.
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data platforms.
- Experience in co-sell, embedded partnerships, or platform integrations.
