Experience: 12–15 Years
Location: Chennai
Shift Timing: 3:30 AM – 1:30 PM

CTC: ₹25–35 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)

Education:
Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance; CA/CPA highly preferred

Job Description

Objective:
We are looking for an experienced F&A Transformation Lead to drive the strategic evolution and continuous improvement of Finance & Accounting processes across O2C, R2R, and P2P towers. The role involves leveraging innovative technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance while aligning with overall business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive F&A transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including business owners and solution architects
  • Identify and implement tools, technologies, and methodologies to optimize F&A processes
  • Analyze existing processes to drive efficiency, cost reduction, and risk mitigation
  • Define and track KPIs/metrics for delivery teams across all F&A towers
  • Design and oversee end-to-end F&A processes for seamless operations
  • Establish process improvement frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead governance and collaborate with vendors, CIO, finance, and delivery teams
  • Drive change management and ensure smooth adoption of new tools and technologies
  • Monitor and report progress of transformation initiatives

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience, with:
  • 10+ years in F&A Operations
  • 5+ years in Transformation roles
  • Strong expertise across O2C, R2R, and P2P processes
  • Experience in leading transformation initiatives and multiple products/tools
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Ability to drive change management and engagement
  • Strong analytical mindset with KPI tracking experience
