Discover the Role The purpose of the role provides a high-level overview of the role, level and scope of responsibility. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze feature requests and coordinate with vendor
  • Release management for Enate, Astro and other products
  • Track enhancements in product release
  • Coordinate new integrations with Enate
  • Maintain vendor relationship
  • Track bugs raised with vendor
  • Product understanding support for TMF teams
  • Requirement gathering from users for new features or new tools
  • Vendor management and continuous improvements
  • Assist in vendor onboarding and provide training where required
  • Provide vendor insights to internal stakeholders to support decision making
  • Assist in evaluating new vendors

Key Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams
  • Good understanding of automation technologies in use
  • Problem solving skills
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum 2–3 years in vendor coordination, product support, or technology implementation
  • Familiarity with automation tools, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software
  • Understanding of release management and integration processes
  • Experience in data analysis, stakeholder communication, and requirement gathering
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Certifications in Project Management (CAPM, Agile) or IT Service Management (ITIL) are a plus
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to track product updates and support decision-making
  • Effective communication skills for vendor coordination and internal collaboration
