Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hadoop Administration.
• Experience in managing and maintaining large-scale distributed computing environments.
• Strong knowledge of cluster configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with data storage, processing frameworks, and security best practices within Hadoop ecosystems.
• Ability to automate routine tasks and optimize system operations for improved efficiency.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Hadoop Administration.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
• Work from client office all working days (No WFH).
