You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our web and mobile platforms while strengthening our design system and component library. You'll work on a mix of feature design, design system evolution, and design strategy, with real influence over how we scale design across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who's comfortable working at the intersection of creative design and modern AI\-powered tools, leveraging automation to accelerate design\-to\-development workflows while maintaining exceptional quality. **Key Responsibilities** \* Product Design: Design and iterate on user interfaces for both web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency, usability, and visual excellence across platforms \* Animations \& Micro\-interactions: Design and specify animations and micro\-interactions that enhance user experience, provide feedback, and guide user behavior—with consideration for performance and accessibility \* Design Systems: Contribute to building and maintaining our design system and component libraries; improve documentation, adoption, and developer handoff \* UX Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data\-driven design validation; inform design decisions with user insights \* Cross\-Platform Consistency: Bridge the gap between web and mobile experiences, identifying and resolving inconsistencies while adapting for platform\-specific best practices \* ⁠AI\-Powered Workflow: Leverage AI tools (Claude, Stitch, etc.) to accelerate design documentation, content generation, component specs, and design\-to\-code handoff; evaluate and integrate new AI design tools \* Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and the design lead to balance business needs, technical constraints, and user needs \* Quality at Scale: Help establish processes and best practices that maintain design quality as the team and product grow **Required Qualifications** \* 3\+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating work across web and mobile platforms \* Expert proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools) including components, variants, and design systems \* Prototyping skills (Figma prototypes, Framer, or similar) to communicate interactions and user flows \* Animations \& Micro\-interactions expertise: Demonstrated experience designing and specifying animations, transitions, and micro\-interactions; understanding of timing, easing, and performance considerations \* Design system experience: Understanding of component\-based design, design tokens, and documentation practices \* UX Research mindset: Ability to validate design decisions through user feedback, usability testing, or analytics \* ⁠AI Tool Proficiency: Experience using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for design workflows (documentation, copy generation, accessibility specs, component documentation) \* Strong communication skills: Ability to articulate design rationale, give and receive feedback, and collaborate across teams \* Portfolio: Demonstrable case studies showing problem\-solving, process, and design thinking (including animation/interaction examples) **Nice\-to\-Have Qualifications** \* B2B SaaS or enterprise application design experience \* Basic front\-end knowledge (CSS, React, HTML) or willingness to learn \* Experience with animation tools (Lottie, Adobe After Effects, or similar) \* Accessibility (WCAG) awareness and implementation, including animation/motion best practices \* Knowledge of design handoff tools and developer workflows \* Experience mentoring or leading design initiatives \* ⁠Familiarity with AI tools for design (Claude Code, Google Stitch) Job Type: Permanent Application Question(s): * Are you qualified with Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or relevant field? * are you most comfortable with location HSR Layout, Bengaluru? * what is your current annual salary / ctc? * what is your expected annual salary / ctc? * How many years of Proven experience in UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating work across web and mobile platforms and Expert proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools) including components, variants, and design systems? * what is your notice period?
