Staff Specialist IT

We are hiring for Java Full stack developer with strong hands on experience of minimum 6 years. Must have strong exposure in Java, including Java 8 and later versions including including React Hooks, React Redux on frontend. Understanding of web development best practices, including security, performance, and accessibility is must. And should have excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and React, ensuring alignment with our technology stack and architecture
• Mentor junior web developers, providing technical guidance, solution design, and oversight to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with product Owners and Architects to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet those needs
• Work with designers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing web applications
• Ensure web applications are scalable, secure, and meet performance requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and code comments
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code quality and best practices are maintained
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development, particularly in Java and React

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in web development, with a focus on Java and React
• Strong programming skills in Java, including Java 8 and later versions
• Experience with React, including React Hooks, React Redux
• Knowledge of web development frameworks, such as Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of web development best practices, including security, performance, and accessibility
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• Certification in Java or React, such as Oracle Certified Java Programmer or React Certified Developer
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
