Who This Is For:

Someone who has actually run ads, not just learned them.

• Experience with Meta Ads / Google Ads
• Understands CPL, conversion tracking, retargeting
• Has generated leads (not just engagement)
• Knows how landing pages affect conversions

What You Actually Do:

• Run paid ad campaigns (Meta + Google)
• Drive users to our landing page
• Optimize for enquiry form submissions
• Improve conversion rate (not just traffic)
• Retarget visitors who didn’t convert
• Test creatives, audiences, and funnels

What Matters (KPI):

• Cost per qualified enquiry
• Number of enquiry form submissions
• Lead quality (not spam)
