*Role Objective*

We require an experienced AEM Full Stack Developer who can independently develop,

upgrade, and maintain AEM-based websites end-to-end. The candidate should be capable

of taking ownership post due diligence and technical validation and delivering a stable,

production-ready solution.

*Key Responsibilities*

● Design, develop, and maintain AEM-based websites (end-to-end ownership)

● Build and manage components, templates, workflows, and integrations

● Handle AEM upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance

● Ensure website performance, security, and scalability

● Work on frontend-backend integration within AEM ecosystem

● Troubleshoot issues and ensure minimal downtime in production

*Core Skills (Must Have)*

● 4+ years of hands-on experience in AEM (6.5 / AEM as a Cloud Service)

● Strong expertise in:

○ Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR

○ HTL (Sightly)

● Experience in full website lifecycle delivery (build → deploy → maintain →

upgrade)

● Solid understanding of AEM architecture and best practices

● Frontend capabilities: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Angular preferred)

● Experience with API integrations and CI/CD pipelines

● AEM Assets / Forms experience

● Dispatcher configuration & caching

● Adobe Marketing Cloud exposure

Deployment Model

● Onsite (Noida – HestaBit) preferred

● Offshore acceptable (India-based)

Selection Criteria

● Candidate must demonstrate ability to:

○ Build or manage a complete AEM website independently

○ Handle upgrade and maintenance scenarios

● Final onboarding post due diligence and technical validation only

● Duration: 6 months (extendable)

● Mode: Dedicated developer engagement

Pay: ₹80,000.00 per month
